How to use it
Start with clean, dry skin. Put the mask on and adjust the strap so it sits comfortably. Touch the button on the forehead to switch it on and move between colours. Close your eyes and relax for 10 to 20 minutes.
Use it three to five times a week. Like any skincare routine it works gradually, so give it about four weeks before you judge it.
